Notion AI Review: Does It Actually Save You Time at Work?

Built-in AI assistants promise less busywork. We tested Notion AI on the tasks most teams repeat every week.

Where It Helps

Summarising long pages, cleaning up rough meeting notes and turning bullet points into a first draft are the strongest uses. It works inside your existing pages, so there is no copy and paste.

Where It Falls Short

Complex analysis and anything needing up-to-date facts still need a human check. It can also sound generic until you edit the output.

Verdict

Worth it if your team already lives in Notion. If not, a standalone assistant may serve you better.
